Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 14, 2026
At Bryvio, we provide custom digital services including website design, AI receptionist setup, automations, hosting, support, and monthly service plans. Because our work is customized for each client, the following refund policy applies.
1. Implementation & Setup Fees
All implementation, setup, onboarding, design, development, automation, integration, and launch fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Website setup
• Custom design work
• AI receptionist setup
• AI outbound system setup
• CRM or software integrations
• SEO setup
• Strategy and onboarding work
• Backend configurations
Once Bryvio begins work on a project, time, planning, tools, and resources are immediately used. For this reason, setup and implementation fees cannot be refunded.
2. Monthly Subscriptions & Retainers
Monthly recurring services may include website hosting, maintenance, support, AI receptionist services, AI outbound services, SEO, ad management, or other ongoing services.
Monthly subscriptions and retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once charged.
Clients may cancel future monthly services by providing written notice before the next billing date. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time during an active billing period.
3. Client Delays
Clients are responsible for providing required materials, approvals, account access, content, and communication in a timely manner.
Delays caused by the client do not qualify for a refund.
4. Cancellations
Clients may cancel future services at any time by contacting Bryvio in writing.
Cancellation does not remove responsibility for any outstanding balances, completed work, or active billing periods.
5. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Bryvio first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is filed for work that has already begun or services that have already been provided, Bryvio reserves the right to pause or terminate all services immediately.
6. No Guaranteed Results
Bryvio works to provide high-quality websites, AI systems, automations, and digital services. However, Bryvio does not guarantee specific business results, sales, leads, rankings, or revenue.
Lack of desired business results does not qualify for a refund.
