Welcome to Bryvio. These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Bryvio. By purchasing or using any Bryvio services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
Bryvio provides digital services including, but not limited to:
• Website design and development
• AI receptionist systems
• AI outbound systems
• SEO services
• Branding and creative work
• CRM and automation setup
• Advertising management
• Website hosting and maintenance
• Business consulting
All services are customized for each client unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all invoices according to the agreed payment schedule.
Bryvio may require:
• Implementation/setup fees
• Monthly recurring subscriptions
• Retainers
• Advertising budgets
• Additional service charges
Invoices must be paid on time to avoid service interruption.
Bryvio reserves the right to:
• Pause active work
• Suspend website access
• Remove hosted services
• Terminate agreements for non-payment
Late payments may result in additional fees.
3. Refund Policy
Implementation/setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Monthly subscriptions, retainers, and recurring services are non-refundable once billed.
Clients are responsible for canceling recurring services before the next billing cycle.
4. Timelines & Project Delays
Project timelines depend on:
• Client communication
• Content delivery
• Approvals
• Third-party integrations
• Platform limitations
Bryvio is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Missing client materials
• Lack of communication
• Third-party software/platform outages
• Domain or hosting provider delays
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the selected package or agreement.
Major redesign requests, excessive revisions, or scope changes may require additional charges.
Bryvio reserves the right to determine what qualifies as excessive revisions.
6. Ownership Rights
Final approved deliverables become the client's property only after all invoices are paid in full.
Until payment is completed:
• Bryvio retains ownership of all work
• Bryvio may withhold files, website access, or launches
Bryvio retains ownership of:
• Internal systems
• Templates
• Processes
• Automation structures
• Frameworks
• Proprietary tools
Bryvio may display completed work in portfolios, social media, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Monthly Subscription Terms
Monthly services automatically renew unless canceled in writing before the next billing date.
Monthly services may include:
• Hosting
• Maintenance
• AI receptionist services
• SEO
• Advertising management
• CRM support
• Automation support
Failure to pay recurring invoices may result in:
• Service interruption
• Website downtime
• Removal of automations
• Account suspension
8. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel future services at any time with written notice.
Cancellation does not remove responsibility for:
• Outstanding invoices
• Completed work
• Active billing periods
• Non-refundable setup fees
Bryvio reserves the right to terminate services for:
• Non-payment
• Abuse
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of these terms
9. AI Automation Disclaimer
Bryvio may implement AI-powered systems and automations.
Client understands that AI systems may:
• Produce inaccurate responses
• Require updates
• Experience downtime
• Need human oversight
Bryvio does not guarantee:
• Perfect AI accuracy
• Specific business results
• Lead volume
• Revenue increases
• Search engine rankings
10. Third-Party Platforms
Bryvio may use third-party platforms and software including:
• Stripe
• GoHighLevel
• Lovable
• Framer
• Webflow
• Google
• Meta
• OpenAI
Bryvio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, limitations, pricing changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Bryvio shall not be liable for:
• Lost profits
• Lost revenue
• Business interruptions
• Indirect damages
• Data loss
• Advertising performance fluctuations
• Third-party platform failures
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Bryvio.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
